  2. In accordance to the law of UAE, “Rooh Tourism” LLC or “Rooh Tourism” Pvt.Ltd ( called as “Rooh Tourism” ) will not deal or provide any service or products to the any member or associate pertaining to the Office of Foreign Assets Control or any of the sanctioned countries.
  3. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard and the currency of transaction will be in AED , INR and USD.
  4. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records as per “Rooh Tourism” policies and rules.
  5. Customer using the website who are minors /under the age of 18, shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  6. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Our policy assures the Guest of an economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on per person basis, and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fee, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

Methods of Payment

We accept credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard and other online payment methods. Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are entailed to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be showed as a charge on the Guest’s statement. Please note that the currency of transaction will be in AED, INR and USD. If there is any bank charges or card charges it should be debited from the guest’s account.

Confirmation of Payment

Upon receipt of payment the Guest will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. The printout of the following email can be used as evidence of payment to the service provider and to redeem the booking, provided that the information pertaining to the guest’s travel needs is provided accurately at the time of booking


Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies, before booking any activity with “Rooh Tourism” , the Guest s expected to read and understand the cancellation policy of the particular item. The guest can cancel the booking before the stipulated date and the respective charges will be deducted. If the Guest fails to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full shall be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets of excursions, sightseeing tours with transfers etc. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.

Cancellation Procedures

Prior to making cancellation, we recommend the Guest to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to the Guest’s tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of the Guest’s reservation, make sure that the Guest make notification of cancellation to “Rooh Tourism” in writing in addition to the cancel option in the booking. Upon receiving the Guest’s cancellation request, we´ll let the Guest know through e-mail, fax or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. “Rooh Tourism” will not be responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from the Guest or not confirmed by us.

Itinerary Amendments

Any transit that may come under the purview of “Rooh Tourism” covered in the Guest’s package may be subject to change or be amended based on local/weather conditions, flight arrivals and various other aspects. In such scenarios, a suitable option of a similar value may be provided, subject to availability. Also, please note that “““Rooh Tourism””” reserves complete right to implement minor amendments in the Guest’s itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Furthermore, no reimbursement can be provided in the case of an Act of God event, such as flood and earthquake etc.

Hotel Accommodation

If we are not able to trace for the Guest an accommodation in the Guest’s preferred hotel, all efforts will be undertaken to provide the Guest with a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in / check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that the Guest chooses. “““Rooh Tourism””” cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests which are not adhered by the hotel due to their busy schedule.

Travel Insurance

“Rooh Tourism” shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the traveller should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant for a particular tour, including passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit Dubai. Equally vital is to inquire with the Guest’s consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.
